Ratbrew House

Cellar Rats Brewery - Established in 2008

Cellar Rats Brewery began this journey in November of 2007 utilizing a 3 BBL direct fire system with mash tun and hot liquor tank all in one unit. The system was shipped and assembled to turnout its first Ratbrew in May in 2008. Debonne Vineyards is first winery in Ohio to add a micro-brewery to its operation.

Cellar Rats has released a limited amount of the Black Rat Imperial Stout to stores in March.  Ask for it at your favorite stores.

In addition, The Piper's IPA hits store shelves today.  We are thrilled to finally release our IPA.  This is a very non traditional IPA.

We have taken the best elements from our favorite IPAs and then added a rich malty mid-palate.  We  hope it will become one of your favorites
