Ratbrew House

Cellar Rats Brewery - Established in 2008

Cellar Rats Brewery began this journey in November of 2007 utilizing a 3 BBL direct fire system with mash tun and hot liquor tank all in one unit. The system was shipped and assembled to turnout its first Ratbrew in May in 2008. Debonne Vineyards is first winery in Ohio to add a micro-brewery to its operation.

Cellar Rats Brewery is finally hitting store shelves and cooler doors with our Rat Tail Ale.  The new state of the art brewery is fully up and  running.  Tony Jr. and Dave have been brewing beer day and night, and we are we have sent our first cases to our distributor.  Start looking at your favorite Heinens, Giant Eagle, or independent store and finally take home a 6 pack of our rat brews.
