Eddie, Managing Partner - Chemist

Edward (Eddie) Trebets is Managing Partner and Chemist for Cellar Rats Brewery. He is also the winemaker|chemist for Chalet Debonne Vineyards, Grand River Cellars, South River Vineyards and his own label Muddy Paw Wines. Before coming to Chalet Debonne in the spring of 2004, Ed was a chemistry teacher for the Beachwood City School District for seven years. He holds a bachelors of chemistry degree from Case Western University and a masters of education degree from John Carroll University. He and his wife, Gina, reside in Chesterland, OH along with their two dogs Trigger and Paisley. In his spare time, Ed enjoys hunting and fishing and even though he has a passion for wine, he still enjoys a good shot and beer.

Joel, Managing Partner - Director of Sales and Marketing

Joel has been the Sales and Marketing Director for Debonne Vineyards and Cellar Rats Brewery since 2009. Prior to that, he spent over 10 years in Beer and Wine distribution. Tony, Managing Partner - Brewer

Tony Debevc Jr. is Managing Partner and Head Brewer for Cellar Rats Brewery. Tony is also the VP of operations for Debonne Vineyards. Junior is the 4th generation at Debonne, joining the family business in November of 2005 after graduating from Mercyhurst College in Erie, PA. Before joining the family business, junior was working in the private club industry. Today junior is a resident of Harpersfield , OH. In junior’s spare time he enjoys riding his motorcycle along with riding his mountain bike and if time allows, throwing down pints of America’s best craft brews!
